🏡 Property Management Intern – Light House Realty (LHR)
Location: Lehigh Valley | Part-Time ~ 20 hrs/week | Paid Internship

We’re seeking a Property Management Intern to assist primarily with annual property inspections, focusing on condition, safety, and resident care. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build real-world experience in property management while making tenants feel seen, heard, and supported. What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential rental properties using our standard checklist (training provided)
- Assess property condition and safety (windows, smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.)
- Offer a welcoming and professional presence to residents—this is a key touchpoint for hospitality
- Provide summaries and photo documentation after inspections
- Occasionally assist with minor maintenance tasks (changing filters, tightening hardware, mowing, painting, etc.)
- Flag issues that need follow-up by the maintenance or property management team
- Support the PM team with other resident or property-related tasks, as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Warm, personable, and professional—you’re a people person who builds trust quickly
Responsible and reliable—able to work solo in the field and follow checklists and timelines
Detail-oriented, with good judgment and observational skills
Comfortable entering residents’ homes respectfully and representing LHR with care
Willing to get hands dirty when needed—this is not a desk internship
Curious about property management, real estate, and landlord-tenant relations Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for notes and photos
Flexible availability during weekdays (approx. 20-25 hours/week)
